Volunteer: Calling all students! Register to attend the Summit for FREE in exchange for volunteering for 8 hours or two 4-6 hour shifts. Space is limited, fill out an application here.
Onsite Registration Hours:
Tuesday, May 26th: 2:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 27th: 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 28th: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Cancellations will be accepted through Wednesday, May 8, 2015 and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, which covers the non-refundable processing fees we incur when taking registrations and payments. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. Requests should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, subject line ‘CANCELLATION’ by May 8, 2015.
Refunds will be processed on a rolling basis and may be deferred until after the meeting.
Pay by Credit Card: Credit card refunds will be processed as soon as cancellations are received if before the cancellation date.
Pay by Check: A check, minus the $50 processing fee, will be mailed to the attendee at the address given during the registration process.
If you are unable to attend and would like to send someone in your place, substitutions are welcome.
