Blair Marks is responsible for Lockheed Martin’s ethics awareness and compliance training, and for supplier engagement and the ethics program for Lockheed Martins international elements. Before this role, Marks managed the ethics program for Lockheed Martins Aeronautics business area. Previously, Marks led the Avionics Modernization and Reliability Enhancement/Re-engining programs for the U.S. Air Forces fleet of C-5 Galaxy airlifters. Earlier, she served as Plant Manager of the composites and adhesive bonding plant in Charleston, SC., and Site Director of Engineering for the Marietta, GA facility. Marks earned her B.S. Ceramic Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, M.S. Materials Engineering from the University of Michigan, and M.B.A. from Georgia State University. Marks serves on Georgia Techs Women in Engineering program advisory board and is a graduate of Leadership Cobb. She is the President of Women of Reform Judaism. Marks has been recognized with the Women in Aerospace Outstanding Leadership Award.
