Christopher Davis

Global Energy & Sustainability Program Manager

As a Program Manager for CBRE’s Global Energy & Sustainability team, Christopher Davis consults with a diverse base of clients and stakeholders to help them meet their environmental performance goals. In addition to supporting CBRE’s global sustainability platform, his main role is planning and executing LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance certification projects. He is currently supporting the LEED O+M v4 Recertification of TAIPEI 101. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Davis spent seven years at the U.S. Green Building Council and its subsidiary, the Green Building Certification Institute, where he provided oversight and technical guidance to buildings pursuing LEED worldwide. He also supported the development of LEED O+M, as well as complementary programs including Recertification, Volume, Campus, and LEED Lab. Mr. Davis earned a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati, focusing on historic preservation and sustainable urban design.
