Mr. Wagner has provided technical and programmatic assistance to the Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy for 21 years. He has 23 years of engineering and consulting experience in the areas of heat engine and fuel cell technologies, hydrogen, hybrid vehicles, advanced propulsion system and vehicular materials, alternative fuels, residential appliances and commercial equipment, and energy efficient building technologies. He provides assistance in the areas of R&D program planning, technical and economic feasibility analysis, project assessment, technology transfer, communications, and workshop and peer review implementation and facilitation. Activities are conducted for the U.S. Department of Energy and associated entities including the Idaho National Laboratory, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and the National Energy Technology Laboratory, as well as the American National Standards Institute. Mr. Wagner has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Science in Engineering Management.
