Bill Hall is Director of Sustainability and Business Continuity at FCA North America. In this role, Bill is responsible for developing and implementing FCA’s corporate sustainability vision and direction, encompassing the three aspects of economic success, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility. He also oversees business continuity management, which entails identifying risks to FCA’s business and assets, prioritizing areas for mitigation, and implementing strategies for avoiding disruption and ensuring continuity.
Bill’s prior roles at FCA US LLC (formerly Chrysler Group LLC) include supply chain management, sales and operations planning, purchasing, and product development.
Bill earned a BS in engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School. His affiliations include:
_ Advisory Council for the University of Michigan Ross Business School Master of Supply Chain Management program;
_ Founding Board member of the Global Supply Chain Resiliency Council, which advances the professional discipline through collaborating, sharing best practices and recognizing innovation and leadership;
_ Board of Directors of Challenge Detroit, a nonprofit urban revitalization initiative that recruits young professionals to live and work in Detroit while also contributing to community development projects;
_ Advisory Committee on Sustainability and Social Responsibility, Institute of Supply Management.
