Akiva Fishman is a Senior Program Officer on WWF’s forest team. He works with forest sector companies to address supply chain risks and source more fiber from responsibly managed forests, and collaborates with a range of stakeholder types to develop large-scale interventions to address deforestation in landscapes that produce key agricultural and forest commodities. In connection to this work, he represents WWF on the Accountability Framework initiative’s steering group. Akiva holds a J.D. from New York University and a Masters in Forestry from Yale University.
