Devika Singh

Research Program Specialist II, California Department of General Services (DGS)

Devika Singh is the Research Program Specialist II for the California Department of General Services (DGS). She provides guidance and direction for state buyers to build quality, sustainability and competition into public procurements through the DGS Environmentally Preferable Purchasing (EPP) program. Over the past year, she has led participation and collaboration in several multi-stakeholder events. The California Department of General Services (DGS) participation in a National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) sustainability cohort and leading a second state-wide department cohort is to help glean a perspective on how to benchmark and measure leadership on a national and statewide level. In addition to her recent accomplishments working for the state of California, Devika Singh has experience with developing and launching online and mobile app education that deal with extremely technical information for effective education of various industry professionals and stakeholders. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the California State University, Sacramento and a Master’s of Healthcare Administration from California State University, East Bay.
