Jennifer Burnett is the Sustainable Purchasing Program Manager for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). Ms. Burnett is facilitating the development of Caltrans’ Sustainable Purchasing Program through collaboration with multi-disciplinary statewide internal stakeholder teams in addition to State of California Agencies and Departments. Ms. Burnett has participated in several SPLC technical advisory groups. She has over 20 years experience in public procurement operations and earned her baccalaureate degree in Finance and Health & Safety from the California State University, Sacramento.
