Project Manager, NextEra Energy Resources
Lindsay Wallace is a project manager for NextEra Energy Resources, responsible for identifying and negotiating power purchase agreements with corporate and industrial customers in alignment with the organization’s extensive wind, solar and battery storage development pipeline. In her approximately seven years with the company, Ms. Wallace has held progressive roles in power marketing, corporate and executive communications, and employee engagement. She is in her fourth term serving as an officer on the Board for Women in Energy, a company-sponsored employee resource group, and was appointed to education non-profit Prime Time Palm Beach County, Inc.’s Board of Directors in 2016.
Prior to joining NextEra Energy in May 2011, Ms. Wallace worked in player publicity and media relations for the San Francisco 49ers and the Buffalo Bills, and served as sports information director for Canisius College’s Division I athletic program. Throughout her athletic career, she was a media relations volunteer for events including the NFL Draft, Scouting Combine, Super Bowl XLIV, Pro Bowl, and NCAA Men’s and Women’s Regional Basketball Championships.
Ms. Wallace holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Master of Science in Sport Administration from University at Buffalo and Canisius College, respectively. She is a native of Buffalo, New York and currently resides in Jupiter, Florida with her husband, Andrew, and two children, Elizabeth and Liam.
