Panels should consist of three speakers providing a detailed account – preferably based on a case study analysis of their own work on a specific issue or initiative. Each speaker will present for approximately 12 minutes, followed by group discussion and audience Q&A. We prefer that panels include a moderator to maintain smooth functioning and help field and prioritize questions from the audience; if you do not have a moderator to suggest we can help find one for an accepted proposal.

Please keep in mind that our audience is focused on purchasing, so direct experience in a procurement setting is the preferred subject matter (as opposed to sustainability projects that do not significantly involve purchasers or purchasing).

To make collecting this information easier, we’ve created an email template below that you can cut and paste to ensure you are asking co-presenters for all the information you’ll need to make a timely submission.
