A dynamic and strategic sustainability leader, Melanie currently serves as the Director of Sustainability for Global Strategic Operations at Munters Corporation. She leads the development and execution of the organization's sustainability strategy for the AirTech Business Area. With over a decade of experience in strategic sourcing and operations within the manufacturing industry, Melanie specializes in driving collaborative change across the value chain. Including transformative sustainability initiatives where engaging global stakeholders and aligning environmental goals with business profitability is key. Her work has contributed to industry recognition, including a 2024 Climate Leader of the Year Award. Melanie holds an MBA in International Project Management and is a Certified Energy Manager in training. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys. Melanie is an avid traveler and home-improvement enthusiast who thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and a forward-thinking mindset.
