Applying for jobs can be stressful! We strive to manage an informative and transparent process for all involved. Here are a few details:
- We have a 100% human managed hiring process, meaning that your application will be reviewed by a human, rather than by a system. As such, we encourage you to tailor your application materials accordingly, towards human eyes rather than system/AI screening.
- If you haven’t received an interview offer within two weeks following the preferred deadline (or two weeks after your application, whichever is later) it is likely that you will not be asked to interview. Since we don’t use systems to auto-reject applicants, corresponding with each applicant is unfortunately unlikely to occur.
- We offer a preferred application deadline, which provides the best opportunity to be selected for an interview. The job will remain posted until filled, but only superbly qualified applicants will be added into the process once interviews commence.
- We aim to wrap up hiring within one month of the preferred applicant deadline.
