Peer Learning Circles

SPLC’s Peer Learning Circles (PLCs) are more than typical monthly meetings, they're exclusive, trusted spaces where sustainable procurement professionals collaborate. PLC participants share challenges, uncover solutions, and build lasting relationships that amplify impact. Whether you’re a seasoned leader or new to sustainable procurement, PLCs offer unparalleled connection and learning, an opportunity only available to SPLC members.

Why Peer Learning Circles matter

SPLC’s Peer Learning Circles are a powerful member benefit designed to help professionals grow together, not alone. By participating, you’ll:

  • Connect with, and get support from, sector peers who are navigating similar challenges.

  • Discover effective strategies across critical areas, from supplier engagement to Scope 3 emissions to equity practices and more.

  • Acquire actionable tools and insights to implement with your team.

  • Cultivate trusted relationships that foster motivation, alignment, and continuous learning.

  • Navigate rapid industry shifts by informally benchmarking and troubleshooting with peers.

Maggie Grey, Senior Procurement Manager at UC San Diego, describes her experience with PLCs and the the value they've delivered.
