Submissions Open for the SPLC 2025 Leadership Awards Recognizing Sustainable Procurement Excellence

May 6, 2025 - The Sustainable Purchasing Leadership Council (SPLC) is now accepting submissions for the 2025 SPLC Leadership Awards. These esteemed awards celebrate the exceptional achievements of organizations and individuals who are demonstrating outstanding dedication and innovation in integrating sustainability into their core procurement practices, generating significant positive impacts for their organizations and the global community. SPLC particularly encourages submissions that address the social, economic, and ethical dimensions of sustainable procurement, alongside environmental considerations.
"The SPLC Leadership Awards underscore the enduring and vital role of sustainable procurement professionals globally in cultivating environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and economic well-being," said Marc Heisterkamp, Chief Executive Officer at SPLC. Submissions for the 2025 SPLC Leadership Awards must be received by 5:00 pm ET on September 9, 2025. A panel of expert judges will select the winners, who will be celebrated at a virtual event in November 2025. Purchaser submissions that have completed the 2025 SP Assessment through SPLC Navigator will receive special consideration.
